The included video plan makes ALL the difference. I wouldn’t have known how many exercises were possible with this board without it. The workouts are easy to follow and really fun, I already feel stronger and more flexible after just a couple of weeks!

This board is amazing! It’s compact but so versatile, I can do yoga stretches, pilates reformer-style exercises, and even strength training with the bands. It feels super sturdy, and I love that I can store it under my bed when I’m done. Worth every penny!
